Welcome to Decoding Life Lessons. My name is Rafael Garcia. I am originally from Mexico and currently reside in Tallinn, Estonia. I am a Life Coach, Author, and Spanish Teacher. If you like to learn Spanish, I teach private classes online or in person. I am also a Life Coach where my work focuses on helping people navigate life’s challenges by uncovering the lessons hidden within their experiences, supporting healing and self personal development. 

Following a profound awakening, I began to teach about what lies beyond the matrix of everyday reality. Through this journey, I came to understand that life is a school for our evolution, and that we are here to master essential lessons such as compassion, integrity, patience, respect, trust, forgiveness, letting go, courage, and surrender.

In my one-on-one sessions, we explore topics such as self-healing through the understanding of life lessons, and overcoming personal challenges. My intention is to guide you toward clarity, growth, and a deeper connection with your true purpose.
