About Rafael Garcia

I am a Native American from Mexico, raised in California, and now living in Tallinn, Estonia. I am an author and world traveler with a degree in International Business from San Diego State University. My background brings together a blend of multicultural, personal, and visionary experiences. I speak Spanish, French, Italian, and German, and I have extensive knowledge of metaphysical concepts, the human mind, emotional intelligence, and cross-cultural understanding. I am passionate about building bridges between worlds—cultural, spiritual, and humanitarian.

I was a panelist at the 2024 IANDS Conference in Phoenix, Arizona, where I spoke about reincarnation, multidimensionality, and the twelve dimensions. I had a near-death experience in 2004, and I am currently co-authoring four books with my wife: Behind the Matrix, Decoding Life Lessons, The Multiverse Within, and Project Utopia. My first book Behind The Matrix will be available in January of 2026, a metaphysical book about what lies behind this matrix or reality we live in. It is similar to Carlos Castaneda, and I look forward to speaking about it at conferences and universities.
