About Rafael Garcia

I am a Native American from Mexico, grew up in California, and now living in Tallinn, Estonia with my wife. I am an author and world traveler with a degree in International Business from San Diego State University. I brings a blend of multicultural personal and visionary experiences. I speak Spanish, French, Italian and German, and I am knowledgeable about metaphysical concepts, I am passionate about building bridges between worlds, cultural, and humanitarian.

I was a panelist at the 2024 IANDS Conference in Phoenix, Arizona speaking about reincarnation, multidimensionality and the 12 dimensions. I had a metaphysical experience in 2004, and for the past 20 years, I have gone through several spiritual transformative experiences. I am writing three books with my wife, The Multiverse Within, Q&As with the Cosmos, and Project Utopia.
