About Rafael Garcia

I am a Native American from Mexico residing in San Diego, California, with my wife Linda. I was a panelist at the 2024 IANDS Conference in Phoenix, AZ speaking about reincarnation, multidimensionality and the 12 dimensions. For the past 20 years, I have gone through several spiritual transformative experiences such as astral travel, time travel, quantum jumping, seeing the matrix codes and experiencing the simulation. In 2004, I had a near-death experience that led me to understand the fabric of the cosmos. 

During my NDE, I was taken to the Akashic Library where the Record Keepers gave me the Book of Earth in the form of a holographic projection. The book revealed the Divine Plan of Earth and I was shown a utopic future for humanity where eventually we will have global peace. This revelation compelled me to co-create Project Utopia 2025 with my wife Linda. The project aims to inspire a vision of a prosperous future where humanity thrives as a collective.
